Shipment and Delivery
We offer free shipment to every country in Europe for all our products.
For shipment outside Europe we charge €6,50.
We ship our products with the Dutch company PostNL. This means your order will be shipped via standard mail and there is no track & trace number involved.
You can choose to pay for registered shipment. This will be carried out by DPD or TNT. We will provide you with a track & trace number with which you can keep track of the delivery.
Time of delivery
If you order before 17.00 during working days, we will ship your order that same night. When one of our covers is is out of stock, this will be displayed on the product page. We will also indicate when we expect the product to be available again. The following table by PostNL gives an indication of the expected delivery time.

Return and Exchange
As a customer you have the right, against certain conditions, to return purchased products within 14 calendar days after receipt of the order. Returns are at risk for the buyer. This means Gecko Covers is not responsible for lost or damaged return products.
You will be refunded when the products are returned to us in the correct manner. When you decide to return an order, the postage costs are paid by you. This is, however, not the case when Gecko Covers has made a mistake, shipped you the wrong product or when a product contains a flaw. In the event that you ordered the wrong product, we can arrange an exchange. Below you can find an instruction how to return or change your order. Please follow the instructions to prevent mistakes.
Return process Gecko Covers
Step 1. Contact our customer service department via [email protected] and explain the situation.
Step 2. Within twenty-four hours you will receive an e-mail with a reference number and, if necessary, further instructions.
Step 3. Subsequently you can put the order and the reference number in an envelope and return the package to:

Step 4. Please notify our customer service department when the package is sent. We will refund you within 30 days after the package came back to our distribution centre.
Please do not return an order without notifying our customer service department beforehand.
