To be of ever better service to our customers we will start uploading product videos the coming month. This gives an even better impression of our covers. Moreover, it is a small tutorial how to use a Gecko Cover. We have already shot a pilot movie and are very pleased with the result.

The past few weeks we have expanded our collection with several products. One of them is a real leather sleeve with a green velvet inside. This sleeve, like its black/blue brother is suitable for, amongst others, the Sony PRS T1, Kobo Touch, Kindle 4 and Kindle Touch. We have also introduced a real leather cover in the colour dark blue for the Kobo Touch. A brand missing in our store was the Barnes & Noble Nook e-reader. This problem is solved since this week. A cover in black is now available on our website for the Nook Simple Touch (and Glowlight).

Last but not least, we are happy to announce the introduction of a new Kindle Touch cover with built-in reading light. As a unique feature, the reading lamp is rechargeable. This way you will never have to buy batteries anymore, or be afraid to read in the dark.

To be of better service during the summer months we will broaden our assortment the coming period. This starts with the introduction of the Bookeen Cybook Odyssey e-reader. This is already the 10^th e-reader brand we provide protection covers for. We proudly call this a small milestone!

Next to broadening our cover assortment, we will also introduce new and useful accessories. First in line is a new tablet stylus. This handy stylus can be fastened in the audio plug-hole of your tablet. This way you it is impossible to lose the stylus while transporting your tablet. A second new accessory is the Gecko Clipper. This new reading light is a bit more luxurious than its predecessor. Because of its built-in light-diffuser, this lamp is able to spread the beam even better on the reading surface. The Gecko Clipper is an ideal reading light for the holidays or in your garden during a nice summer night.

We are proud to present our brand new Gecko Covers website. We have, together with online entrepreneur Tim Beeren from Tim Beeren Internet Marketing Advies, worked intensively on a new design and strongly improved the functionality of our web shop. The new design in white and green gives the website a clear structure and rustic charm so you can take your time to choose the right cover.

Spring at Gecko Covers

Spring has started which means the time has come again for lovely walks and leisure time outside. When you take some time to rest, a day like this gets even better with your e-reader or tablet at hand. Gecko Covers is well aware of the importance of protecting your digital reading friend. We offer you a wide choice of protective covers and our collection is only growing and growing. This month we have introduced the Kobo Touch Luxe case with a built-in reading light. For the tremendous popular Apple iPad 3 we recommend you our new black or red protection cover. If you don’t like oily fingers on the iPad screen, you can order a Gecko stylus in our shop. It comes in three different colours and can also be used to increase your Draw Something skills. French brand Archos just introduced their new Archos 10.1 G9 tablet. Right now Gecko Covers is the only supplier of a protective case for this tablet. Finally, we have developed a new reading light with which you can spend time with your digital books in the evening.
